8. Baltimore is a good place to buy a home. There's a house for every budget in Baltimore City. I don't think the Baltimore City market will "tank".

9. I'm a rehabber. I have a list of electricians, plumbers, roofers, and contractors that I can share with you. I'm a big believer in "sweat equity".
